catching up with the motion
Here's another website I helped out on a little bit for my internship last spring ... mostly just getting images & movies ready (no coding). Action Figure, it's where my where my internship was and what I'd really like to end up doing here in Austin. Check out their work, it's awesome.
I've been busy lately doing freelance design work for a place called Shiny Object. I'm getting to work on some pretty cool projects with them, mostly doing illustrations for motion graphics & animation projects. The first one was a ton of vector illustrations that they flew through for a minute thirty animation, the next was cutting out a logo out of construction paper for a filmed commercial, another was drawing some sketches & "water-coloring" them in photoshop, and I'm working on some styleframes for a cool project currently.
As soon as these projects are released to the public, I'll post them here. I did some styleframes for the last project. I'll get them up soon too & explain what styleframes are (I had to learn also).
Oh ya, as far as motion graphics go, I also learned about a site for the (Broadcast Design Association) industry: DZine.
Peace
